Upgrade of one main internal platform (Kubernetes) in ALL (EU+US) production environments Nov 8, 2025 10:00-14:00 CET

Exciting news from Hypatos! 🚀 Our brilliant engineering wizards are rolling up their sleeves for a major upgrade to our core platform (Kubernetes) across all production environments.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing quest to make everything faster, safer, and smoother—because let’s face it, no one likes clunky tech. You can look forward to improved security, stability, and the foundation for some shiny new features coming soon.
The maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, November 8th, 2025, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM CEST (1:00 AM – 5:00 AM PST). During this time, document inbound processing might be temporarily affected. The expected downtime is up to 4 hours.
We kindly ask you to inform your internal teams and stakeholders accordingly. Our Customer Care team will be closely monitoring the operation to ensure a smooth transition and will remain fully available for any assistance you may need.
