Dear Customer,
We want to inform you about a new release on the Setup area related to our agents.
Edit mode is now coming to control the changes in every agent.
Agents will open in View mode by default, with all fields read-only. You can still test agents without entering Edit mode; to make changes, click Edit.
This change helps prevent accidental overwrites and improve awareness of concurrent edits. You’ll be notified if someone else is already editing the agent, helping you coordinate changes and make informed decisions before proceeding.
Please note: This is not a co-editing feature. Multiple users can edit an agent simultaneously, but they work on separate copies, with no real-time synchronization. If another user saves a new version while you’re editing, your changes may be based on an older version and require reconciliation.
