Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that Hypatos team will perform an upgrade of the Application Load Balancer in our EU production environment.
Release Note: Upgrading the internal platforms to keep up with the latest security features and bug fixes and benefit from new features being released. Also, it will enable us to upgrade other important components built on top of the platform.
The operation will take place on Saturday, February the 24th 2024 between 9pm to 10pm CET. The potential downtime will be up to 30 min.
During this maintenance window, document inbound might be impacted. As a result, please inform your respective stakeholders.
